Making an Offer
Once we determine a price for the business you want to purchase, we will prepare the letter of intent and help you secure financing if necessary.
Offer Accepted
Once we have an accepted offer, we will guide you through the closing procedure. We can help you secure an attorney, work with lenders, work with property managers and landlords to transfer or prepare a new lease etc. We'll take you step by step through the entire process.
